The Cufflinks suite of modules is no longer under active development and is therefore deprecated.
The Cufflinks suite of modules includes:
- Cufflinks
- Cuffcompare
- Cuffmerge
- Cuffdiff
- CufflinksCuffmergePipeline (and the CufflinksWrapperPipeline)
